About Me
I am a keen and passionate fitness enthusiast having always been involved since a young age. my main sport was horse riding particulary eventing which I competed in for several years before giving it up to go to University.
I strive to make exercise fun and enjoyable whilst achieving your goals and aim to promote and happier and healthier lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. I also offer sports massage providing a relax of stress and tension built up in the muscles and soft tissue during exercise or everyday life.
